End of an era

Our girl has graduated from her preschool!

It's hard to put into words what PGP has been for us for the past four years.  She has learned how to play with others, what to do with her curiousity about the world around her, how to read, how to write, how to be more kind and compassionate.  She has been loved, nurtured, and allowed to be fully herself.  Supported through her toughest times and biggest transitions.  And so have we.  We will dearly miss them, and are so glad that Evie gets to walk the same path over the next three years.

Here are some pictures from her graduation ceremony last Saturday.  They all got little caps and felt very special.  When asked, Willa said she wants to be a doctor when she grows up (The most popular answer from the other kids was ninja.  We were very proud of our girl.)  She earned the "Awesome Attitude" superlative for always setting a good example for others and wanting to learn as much as she can.  Again, so proud.  Then I shed a little tear when they sang songs about accepting diversity and sharing love for every one, while signing!  It was precious and wonderful.

And now for the real mind blowing moment, here she is on her first and last days at PGP.  This what I mean when I say she grew up at PGP!
